New Beginnings: Postpartum Support Group
The goal of the New Beginnings Postpartum Support Group is to provide structured, evidence-informed postpartum education and non-clinical support to help participants improve their knowledge, confidence, and ability to safely care for themselves and their newborns during the postpartum period.
Through a six-week educational program, participants will receive instruction and individualized support related to postpartum recovery, newborn care, infant feeding and lactation education, maternal and infant health, safe sleep practices, emotional wellness, postpartum warning signs, parenting skills, and available healthcare and community resources.
