What services do you offer?

A full spectrum doula provides compassionate, nonjudgmental support across the entire reproductive journey. Services include support during pregnancy, labor and birth, postpartum recovery, pre/post abortion, miscarriage, and other pregnancy outcomes.

Virtual support is available for all families.

How do I get started?

Please complete the contact form. If you have insurance, kindly verify whether doula services are covered and how many visits are included. If you plan to pay out of pocket, we can discuss your needs and determine if I am able to support you.

My due date is in one week. Are you able to support me at this time?

If I have availability in my schedule, I am able to support families at any stage of pregnancy, including those who are scheduled for a cesarean birth.

Do you accept Kaiser, Medi-Cal, and Carrot insurance plans?

Yes, I work with families who have Kaiser, Medi-Cal, and Carrot insurance plans, as well as with other insurance providers.
